The object in the center of the Arc de Triumph is a giant flag in commemoration of All Saint's Day, November 1st.

The way you capture the lights so brilliantly is remarkable. I've been to the Arc de Triumph but unfortunately, I wasn't into photography at that point of time.

Should kick myself in the ass for that.

Very beautiful, the yellow against the blue sky makes for a perfect contrast. Nice angle too..
